What you are actually paying for
Airports publish gate assignments live and then discard them. Nobody archives that, so questions like “how long before departure does this airport publish the gate” have had no answer. This collects it continuously and turns it into statistics.
The paid tiers do not unlock better data — every plan reads the same archive. They raise how many journeys you can watch at once and how many channels can be notified, which is what actually costs money to run.
